For the Shipyards’ signature summer series, this flexible identity captures the energy of crowds gathering at sundown. Inspired by vintage sunset stripes and industrial planks, the system uses overlapping retro forms as a surface for handmade illustrations full of local character.

While a more mature concept was ultimately chosen for the Shipyards, this playful direction aligned with the city’s goal of attracting younger generations. The system’s modularity allowed for scalable reuse and was later adapted for the Harbour Beach event at the Waterfront.
